Beginners will learn the fundamentals of Yoga in all of our classes.

Please read descriptions of classes for your appropriate level of experience. 


Slow Flow (tune up)

Slow flow classes, our signature classes, are a mind body tune up. We slow it down so you can feel your body as it is in the present moment. Your mind and your hamstrings will open. Sun Salutations included! Check out our music themed classes!

Candlelight Flow & Feel Good Flow (more rigorous)

Connect to your breath and heart with steady, faster paced yet mindful movement and poses. Of all our classes, Flow can be more like a work out. Attention to heart and mind allows us to both connect with our emotions and improve our posture and breathing capacity.

Like all classes at Savasana Station, we end with a deep Savasana. 

Some experience necessary.

Tight "Guy" for all people (stretch)

This style class focuses on classic seated postures and correct alignment in the body held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. We'll incorporate the use of belts for shoulder openers, blocks and bolsters for the hips. We make time to reboot the mind with meditation and deep relaxation in Savasana.

Restorative (veg out)

Experience active relaxation & stress reduction. 

Postures are supported with props so no work is necessary. Longer holds will help you become more intimate with your body.  We use the breath to calm and recharge your nervous system. 

All levels welcome. 

Yoga For Tired People "extreme" "to the max" "mega" baby! You'll experience 3 restorative poses and Savasana. This class is for people of all shapes, sizes, color, gender, doesn't matter what language you speak this is the language of rest and deep self love.

Guided Meditation (mindful)

Interested in meditation? Savasana Station offers guided meditation by trained teachers who have a daily meditation practice. You will be guided in the Buddhist practices of Shamatha (peaceful abiding), Metta (loving kindness), or Vipassana (insight meditation).

No need for a change of clothes or concern about being able to sit on a cushion - we have chairs. You only need to bring yourself and arrive on time - 30 minutes passes quickly. Build in a daily meditation practice with our help. 

Class includes meditation, reflection and discussion.
