Wisdom Wednesdays: February  Love Your Hips w/ Kim Stetz

We'll hold classic seated yoga poses in Yin tradition for up to three minutes. Props for support are welcome. These stretches are more active than Restorative postures as they are designed to go deep into connective muscle tissue, releasing tension and restoring blood flow. Recommended for anyone that wants to learn how to stretch the body in a safe and effective way.
