It’s easy to feel lonely, fearful, and separate when it’s cold in the city. Even at large gatherings or holding a loved one close, we sometimes find ourselves feeling disconnected.
Join us in this half day retreat as we practice self love to create a deep source of emotional warmth within.
We'll use meditation, yoga and discussion to cultivate Metta, a quality of unconditional friendliness. Best of all, this happiness doesn't rely on any person, place, or thing outside of ourselves.
We will learn to embody Love - in our hearts and bodies so we can feel connected, loved, and whole all year round.
