Allie has dedicated much of her life to challenging her mind and body through long distance running and mountain biking. When her body began signaling that it could not sustain the rigorous impact of these high-intensity sports, she began to explore other means to practice being present, to still the currents of the mind and to move her body with maximum efficiency.
Allie believes that through yoga, meditation and breathwork, practitioners can harness the transforming power of their minds in order to improve their body’s functions.
