Laura Schatz is teaching our Back To School Basics Yoga Workshops for adults. These workshops will offer foundational instruction on breathing, meditation and alignment of postures. Whether you are brand new to Yoga or want to dust off your mat and rekindle an old love, this series is right for you. You'll feel like a kid again in mind, body and spirit.

Week One: standing poses - Sept 19
Week Two: chest openers - Sept 26 (revised 9/16/15)
Week Three: forward folds and restorative - Oct 3 (revised 9/16/15)
While drop-in are welcome, we strongly encourage students to attend as many sessions in the series as their schedule permits as each session will build on previously taught material.

As a lifelong musician, Laura has always been fascinated by the integrity, precision, and creativity with which the Iyengar tradition approaches alignment. She continues to work and study at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, where she is inspired every day to explore her personal practice and daily life with greater curiosity. RYT 500
