Worrying about the future and regretting the past can create an exhausting, stressful life. Relaxation arises from learning to rest your body and mind in the present moment. Join Kim Stetz and Kim Brown for this afternoon workshop where we'll learn calm awareness techniques through mindful movement and meditative concentration. Developed for beginners as well as those interested in refreshing their practice, no experience is necessary. This is a perfect opportunity to start a yoga practice in a friendly and welcoming environment. "Yoga For Tired People", our studio's motto, provides the opportunity to gently focus the mind while relaxing the body leaving you feeling refreshed and more relaxed.
