Focus: Tools for the holiday season. The holiday season can be a stressful and upsetting time for many of us. Learn to be present for all moments of your life with kindness and clarity by practicing traditional contemplative techniques designed for modern life.

Developed for beginners as well as those interested in refreshing their practice, no experience is necessary.
