Mindfulness Meditation - 30 minutes:
Guided either sitting or standing, mindful meditation offers a process to focus the mind on the breath. This practice creates a sense of clarity, stability and focus. Anyone can do this practice. If you can breathe, you can meditate.
Mindful Movement Session - 30 minutes:
Guided at your desk, mindful movement offers accessible movement exercise, that can be done in work attire. This practice will improve body language, focus, and create a sense of renewed energy. Anyone can do this, movements are simple and effective.
