Emily was introduced to yoga by her mother as a form of healing over eight years ago. As a result of this encounter, yoga has continued to bring a deep sense of gratitude into her life and served as therapy for when the world gets wild.
Recently, the journey brought to her Kripalu where she completed her 200 hour training. As a teacher, she strives to allow students to open up and see themselves in their fullest forms. Off the mat, you can find her performing, writing, taking pictures and creating art.
