"Caitlin teaches a nice slow flow yoga stretch for sore muscles. Great for injuries and recovery between workouts."
Caitlin studied sound recording, Italian, and cello for her bachelor and master degrees, but her life took a different turn when she moved to New York and fell in love with yoga and cycling. She has raced for Team Vulpes, and teaches yoga and meditation at Savasana Station. Caitlin has been a student at The Interdependence Project since 2011 and is a graduate of their 2014 Yearlong Meditation Teacher Training Program. She is a student of Ethan Nichtern and enjoys exploring how meditation and yoga practice can help us uncover our kindest and most authentic selves.
